Looking for a birthday party that’s more mountain adventure than living room cleanup? Host your child’s next celebration at Woolly’s Adventure Summit at Mammoth Mountain and let us handle the fun.

With a built-in Adventure Pass, a pizza party spread, and a dedicated host to greet your group, this is a birthday that keeps everyone moving, laughing, and making memories.

Your group will enjoy two hours of Adventure Summit access (weather permitting), time to gather on a reserved outdoor patio space, and a simple, kid-approved food lineup that keeps things easy and delicious. Decorations are welcome, and you’re free to bring your own cake to make it personal.

Do adults count towards the 10 guest minimum?

Yes.



Can I add additional food and drinks?

You may order additional items off the Soaring Pines Café menu. Please discuss additions with your Woolly’s representative.


How is the party run?

Guests will arrive at Woolly’s Adventure Summit and check in on the patio located on the second floor, just outside Soaring Pines Café (your designated party hub). Guests will be greeted by a Woolly’s team member and will be provided with wrist bands for activities. Food will be brought out at the time determined by you and a Woolly’s representative.


How far in advance do I need to book a party?

Please book your party at least one week before your event date.


When does my final headcount need to be submitted?

Final head counts are due at least 72 hours prior to your event.


What happens if I add extra attendees at the last minute?

We cannot guarantee your guests will have the correct amount of food if additions are made within 72 hours of your event. To ensure you have food for your additional guests, you may purchase additional food on the day of the event at Soaring Pines Café.


Will staff be available to serve food at the party?

Staff will deliver food to your reserved area. This is a self-serve event once food is delivered. Staff will provide cleanup of your designated area.


Where do we meet when we get there?

Please meet on the patio just outside the double doors at Soaring Pines Café.


Can we bring in our own food?

You may bring your own cake or dessert. Additional food and drinks may be purchased onsite at Soaring Pines Café.


Can we decorate?

Yes, you are able to come in one hour prior to your event. Please arrange an arrival time with your Woolly’s representative.


What is the cancellation policy?

You will not be charged a cancellation fee or forfeit your deposit if you cancel within 3 days of your event.


What if some of my guests have a gluten intolerance or cannot eat the food offered?

You are welcome to bring snacks or a meal for guests that have food allergies. Or, you may purchase select items off of the Soaring Pines Café menu.


What is the deposit amount and how do I make my final payment?

While we do not require a deposit, we do require final payment, in full 3 days prior to your event. Your representative will take payment over the phone or in person by credit card.


Do my guests need waivers?

Yes, please have your guests complete a waiver upon arrival if they are participating in activities.
