You can change or cancel your lift ticket, lesson, rental, event, or activity reservation up to 3 full days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in an Activity Change Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same-day changes or cancellations of your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment.

Example: An activity reservation start date of Tuesday, January 27, 2026, must be canceled by Friday, January 23, 2026, by 11:59 PM for a full refund.

Activity Change Vouchers

Activity Change Vouchers are good for one calendar year from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and can only be used towards the payment of activities at Mammoth and June Mountains.

Vouchers are NOT issued and cannot be redeemed for Quad Pack+ tickets, promotional items, season passes, gift cards, season lockers, airfare, Red's Meadow Shuttle tickets, Snowcat Tours, select events, or at dining and shopping venues, including MammothMountainStore.com. These items are non-refundable and non-transferable. All policies are subject to change. For airfare purchases, please refer to the airline carrier's website for airfare policies.

How to Use Your Activity Change Voucher
To use your voucher at Mammoth, present it at the activity location or call 800.MAMMOTH at least one day prior to your selected activity. Some activities require a longer advance purchase time frame – check your desired activity's detail page for more information. Your voucher is also valid at June Mountain, so be sure to check June's website for special instructions.
