Are helmets required?
While we do not require helmets to participate in tube sessions, they are highly recommended for safety purposes. Helmets are available to rent on-site.

How fast will I go?
Our tubing lanes often reach higher speeds than other tube parks. Please take this into consideration when booking and know your child's comfort level. Refunds will not be given for a guests' refusal to participate.

Can I make a reservation?
Yes, it is highly encouraged that you reserve your time slot at the Tube Park to guarantee your ticket. The Tube Park sometimes sells out, especially on holidays and weekends.

When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time midweek, or 45 minutes on weekends and holidays.

Is this activity appropriate for adults?
Totally! Tubing is a thrill for both the young and the young at heart.

How long are the sessions?
Tubing sessions are two hours long. We also offer a shorter one hour twilight session at the end of the day.

What should I wear?
This is an outdoor winter activity. Please dress appropriately for being outside for over an hour. Gloves, hats, jackets, snow pants, and sturdy boots are all recommended. There is no indoor space available.

Are there any activities for those under 42"?
Our play area is perfect for those under 42” with a smaller sledding hill, daily appearances from Woolly, and more. Kids 42" and taller are welcome, but it is definitely designed with smaller/younger kids in mind.

Is there food available?
Yes. We offer snacks and a wide assortment of hot and cold beverages including a full bar for adults.

What if the weather is bad?
Safety is our first priority. The Tube Park will commonly remain open even when the ski area is closed. We will make our best effort to contact guests with reservations that are affected by changes. Please note, sunny days can be some of our fastest sledding conditions and may warrant delays or closures to keep guests safe.
