Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: The “Mammoth Mountain – Woolly’s Holiday Giveaway 2025” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, LLC (“Sponsor”) and the address at which the Sponsor may be contacted is Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, LLC, PO Box 24, 1 Minaret Rd., Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546. None of the prize providers including, but not limited to, GoPro, Inc., Darn Tough, Grillo’s Pickles, Yeti, melin, Smartwool, Smith, Sun Bum, The North Face, or Turtlebox (each, individually, a “Prize Provider” and collectively, the “Prize Providers”) nor Facebook or Instagram (together, the “Social Websites”) is a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes is in no way endorsed by any of them, and none of them shall have any responsibility or liability with respect to the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law (including in Florida, New York and Rhode Island). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (including, without limitation, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and Alterra Mountain Company), and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter.

3. DAILY ENTRY PERIODS: There will be ten (10) daily entry periods for the Sweepstakes as follows: (i) Day One Entry Period : Tuesday, December 16, 2025 from12:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) through 11:59p.m. PT on Tuesday, December 16, 2025; (ii) Day Two Entry Period : Wednesday, December 17, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Wednesday, December 17, 2025; (iii) Day Three Entry Period : Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Thursday, December 18, 2025; (iv) Day Four Entry Period : Friday, December 19, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Friday, December 19, 2025; (v) Day Five Entry Period : Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Saturday, December 20, 2025; (vi) Day Six Entry Period: Sunday, December 21, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Sunday, December 21, 2025; (vii) Day Seven Entry Period : Monday, December 22, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Monday, December 22, 2025; (viii) Day Eight Entry Period : Tuesday, December 23, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Tuesday, December 23, 2025; (ix) Day Nine Entry Period : Wednesday, December 24, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Wednesday, December 24, 2025; and (x) Day Ten Entry Period : Thursday, December 25, 2025 from 12:00am PT through 11:59pm PT on Thursday, December 25, 2025 (each, individually, a “Daily Entry Period” and collectively, the “Entry Periods”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There is only one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes, which is online: During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes website at http://mammothmountain.com/holiday-giveaway/ (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and : (i) fill out the entry form (including contact information and date of birth) and (ii) submit the entry form in accordance with the instructions (each, individually, an “Entry” and collectively, “Entries”). An entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address identified with entrant’s Entry. Other information on entering the Sweepstakes is available at the Sweepstakes Website. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST ENTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED.

LIMIT: One (1) entry per person, per day and per email address. All Entries must be received during an Entry Period. Any person found entering the Sweepstakes using more than one e-mail address will be disqualified. Any Entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods will be void. Wireless carrier’s data rates may apply if an entrant enters the Sweepstakes using a mobile device. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of Entry by Sponsor. All entrants and Entries are subject to verification prior to the awarding of a prize, as are the eligibility, age and other claims of/information provided by a potential prize winner. Entrants will cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives in connection with any and all verification activities. All Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the Official Rules (defined below) may be disqualified by Sponsor. Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed Entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising the Sweepstakes.

5. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of Entries, the selection of entrants and the winner, and the awarding of the prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.

6. DAILY PRIZE DRAWINGS; ODDS; AWARDING OF PRIZES; PRIZE REDEMPTION:

a. Daily Prize Drawings : There will be ten (10) prize drawings in the Sweepstakes, one (1) for each Daily Entry Period (each a “Daily Prize Drawing”).Entries will not carry forward to subsequent Daily Prize Drawings. On or about 12:00am PT on each of (i) December 17, 2025 (First Daily Prize Drawing); (ii) December 18, 2025 (Second Daily Prize Drawing); (iii) December 19, 2025 (Third Daily Prize Drawing); (iv) December 20, 2025 (Fourth Daily Prize Drawing); (v) December 21, 2025 (Fifth Daily Prize Drawing); (vi) December 22, 2025 (Sixth Daily Prize Drawing); (vii) December 23, 2025 (Seventh Daily Prize Drawing); (viii) December 24, 2025 (Eighth Daily Prize Drawing); (ix) December 25, 2025 (Ninth Daily Prize Drawing); and (x) December 26, 2025 (Tenth Daily Prize Drawing) following the close of the immediately prior Daily Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entrant from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the applicable Daily Entry Period.

b. Odds : The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period.

c. Awarding of Prizes; Prize Redemption : Each potential winner selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Potential winner will be required to execute and return to Sponsor, except where prohibited by law, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively, a “Affidavit/Release”) in the form(s) provided by Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize. The Affidavit/Release must be returned to Sponsor by the date and/or time indicated within the Affidavit/Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the potential winner fails to return the Affidavit/Release within the specified time, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or if a potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected by Sponsor in his/her place at random from among all eligible non-winning Entries received by Sponsor for the Sweepstakes. In such event, an alternate potential prize winner will be notified as described above and will be required to return the required documents to Sponsor as described above; provided, however, Sponsor may alter the above timing to meet its Sweepstakes schedule. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of a potential winner to receive the required documents for any reason, or for the inability of such potential winner to return the required documents for any reason. Each winner agrees that he/she will not conduct or participate in any media interview regarding this Sweepstakes or any prize without the express prior written permission of Sponsor.

7. PRIZES: Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, ten (10) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, one for each Daily Entry Period. Each prize will consist of and be limited to one of the following, the order of award which will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”):

i. One (1) GoPro Hero13 Black + Accessories. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the GoPro prize package is $500 USD.
ii. Darn Tough Snow Socks For Life (7 pairs with Lifetime Guarantee) and two (2) 2025-26 Mammoth Lift Tickets (blackout dates apply in Sponsor’s sole discretion). The ARV of the Darn Tough prize package is $525 USD.
iii. Grillo’s Pickles, Cookbook, Merchandise and two (2) 2025-26 Mammoth Lift Tickets (blackout dates apply in Sponsor’s sole discretion). ARV of the Grillo’s Pickles prize package is $500 USD.
iv. One (1) Yeti Tundra 75 Hard Cooler. ARV of the Yeti prize is $450 USD.
v. One (1) melin prize pack (3 hats – Thermal, Hydro, & Beanie) and two (2) 2025-26 Mammoth Lift Tickets (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof). The ARV of the melin prize pack is $525 USD.
vi. Two (2) Smartwool Base Layer Sets (2 Tops, 2 Bottoms). The ARV of the Smartwool prize pack is $460 USD.
vii. One (1) Smith Helmet & Chromapop Goggles. The ARV of the prize pack is $515 USD.
viii. One (1) MTN Sun Bum Gift Box, Bocce Ball Set and Merchandise. The ARV of the Sun Bum prize pack is $580 USD.
ix. One (1) The North Face Backpacking Backpack, Sleeping Bag, and Tent. The ARV of the The North Face prize pack is $600 USD.
x. One (1) Turtlebox Original Speaker. The ARV of the Turtlebox prize is $430 USD.

The aggregate ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $5,085 USD. If actual ARV of a Prize is less than the stated ARV in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded in cash or other consideration.

Each Prize (including any unused portion thereof) is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash or credit, except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WINNER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL RISKS OF USING THE PRIZE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. No Prize substitutions, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a Prize (or a component thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value (including cash) if a Prize (or a component thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Unused components of a Prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with Prize award, redemption, receipt and use not specified in the Prize description above, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes on such Prize. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Prize, in which case, no consideration will be awarded. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with Prize award, redemption, receipt and use, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes on a Prize. If applicable, winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of a Prize.

8. PUBLICITY : Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its successors’ and assigns’) use of winner’s name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, attribution, notice, review or consent.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS : Sponsor reserves the right to require entrants to complete, execute and deliver to Sponsor additional documents at any time as required, in the forms provided, and within the timeframe required by Sponsor, or the entrant and participants may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) in its sole discretion to award Prizes at random from among eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of suspected impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE : By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant forever and irrevocably RELEASES, DISCHARGES, INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS, Sponsor, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, Alterra Mountain Company, the Prize Providers, the Social Websites, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates; any and all persons and entities responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest or supplying any prize, and the employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, agents, heirs, successors, assigns and insurers of each of them (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (collectively, “Losses”), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrant’s entry and/or participation in the Contest (including, without limitation, by participating in any activities at Mammoth Mountain Resort), and/or the entrant’s receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Contest. The foregoing release includes, without limitation, any and all LIABILITY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE to entrant or any third party arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any prize or the use of any prize, the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and entry and participation in the Contest (including, without limitation, by participating in activities at Mammoth Mountain Resort). Each entrant further COVENANTS NOT TO SUE any of the Releasees with respect to any matter addressed by the foregoing release, or encourage or assist any third party in doing so. This is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights of each entrant against the Releasees and no action will be taken by or on behalf of an entrant with respect to any such claims and rights, it being understood that these Official Rules, including this Section 10, shall be binding upon each entrant, and his/her successors, assignees, subrogors, insurers, heirs, next of kin, executors, representatives, and legal and personal representatives.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY : The Releasees are not responsible for: (a)incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, or misdirected Entries or Entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b)technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c)the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d)unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e)printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (f)any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s websites by a hypertext link.

12. DISPUTES : Each entrant agrees that: (a)any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in federal courts located in the Central District of California or state courts located in Mono County, California; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of California for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b)any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c)under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of California, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

13. PRIVACY/DATA COLLECTION: Entrants provide personal information to Sponsor when they enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor collects this information and uses it to (a) administer this Sweepstakes, (b) for market research and (c) for other marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law. Sponsor may share this information with third parties who need access to this information to perform services on Sponsor’s behalf. By entering into this Sweepstakes, you agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Sponsor. You may withdraw your consent at any time without impacting your chances of winning. For more information about the ways Sponsor uses and shares personal information collected online through its website, please see the Privacy Policy of Sponsor located at https://www.alterramtnco.com/privacy-policy/ . In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.

14. OFFICIAL RULES: These Official Rules are available on the Sweepstakes Website or by sending a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to “Mammoth Mountain – Woolly’s Holiday Giveaway 2025 – Rules Request,” c/o Mammoth Mountain Resort PO Box 24, 1 Minaret Rd., Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546, Attn: Emily van Greuning. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

15. WINNER’S LIST: To request a list of the Sweepstakes winners, send a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to “Mammoth Mountain – Woolly’s Holiday Giveaway 2025 - Winners List Request,” c/o Mammoth Mountain Resort PO Box 24, 1 Minaret Rd., Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546, Attn: Emily van Greuning. Requests must be received by February 23, 2026.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to United States residents 18 years of age or older who register at https://www.mammothmountain.com/safety-month-giveaway. Void where prohibited by law. The Drawing is governed by United States law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Mammoth Mountain Resort, MMR. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible.

PRIZES/ODDS: Six (6) winners total will receive a customized prize package with varying item(s) that revolve around determined Mammoth Mountain Resort brand partners. ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF ANY PRIZE NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNER. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted.

ENTRY: Entry begins January 17, 2025, and continues through January 23, 2025 ("Safety Quiz Submission Period"). During the Safety Quiz Submission Period you can enter at http://mammothmountain.com/safety-month-giveaway and must provide your name, email address, and confirm preferences to enter. The Giveaway is open only to those who fully complete the quiz form and answer correctly, whose names will be entered into the drawing pool.

WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by a random selection generator tool, whose selections shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

VERIFICATION OF WINNER:Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the contest’s official end date. The winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within five (5) days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, winner forfeits prize. In the event that a winner of a Giveaway prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner. The Sponsor will repeat this process until the prize is awarded. A person is not confirmed as the Giveaway winner until they complete all steps outlined in this paragraph.

ALL POTENTIAL GIVEAWAY WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY.

GENERAL: All taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participating or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, copyright, trademark, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries; or (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper conduct of the Giveaway, and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Participation must be human initiated. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of views (including but not limited to those made using any script, macro, or bot) will be disqualified and transmissions from any related e-mail or IP addresses may be blocked.
