Refunds & Activity Change Vouchers
You can change or cancel your lift ticket, lesson, rental, event or activity reservation up to 3 full days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in an Activity Change Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same day changes or cancellations of your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment.
Activity Change Vouchers are Good for One Calendar Year From Date of Issue.
Activity Change Vouchers are non-refundable. They can only be used towards the payment of activities at Mammoth, June Mountain, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.
Vouchers are NOT issued and cannot be redeemed for Ikon Pass Friends & Family tickets, promotional items, season passes, gift cards, PassCash, season lockers, airfare, Red's Meadow Shuttle tickets or at dining and shopping venues, including MammothMountainStore.com or BigBearMountainResortStore.com. These items are non-refundable and non-transferable. All policies subject to change. For airfare purchases, please refer to the airline carrier's website for airfare policies.
Please note, if you want to change or cancel an existing reservation, you must call us at 800.MAMMOTH or submit an online cancellation request.
Using Your Activity Voucher
To use your voucher at Mammoth, present it at the activity location, or you can purchase in advance by calling 800.MAMMOTH the day prior to your selected activity. Some activities require a longer advanced purchase time frame – check for special instructions below.
