Minaret Vista Midday Tour | 1PM
Take a luxury Snowcat Tour from Main Lodge to Minaret Summit, where you’ll enjoy the stunning scenery with wine, fresh fruit, cheese and charcuterie platters. Kids can enjoy a waffle sundae and hot cocoa.

Minaret Vista Apres Ski Tour | 3PM
After a day on the slopes, celebrate a spectacular view over the Ritter Range and the Minarets with a champagne toast at one of Mammoth’s most scenic locations. At the conclusion of the tour, enjoy chocolate covered strawberries, a charcuterie board, and a glass of wine while the sun sets over the Sierra peaks. Kids will be offered a waffle sundae and build your own hot cocoa bar.

Levy Restaurants at Mammoth Mountain
Executive Chef Billy Deaver is heading up Mammoth Mountain’s culinary experience this season. Chef Deaver grew up working on his family’s farm cultivating both table vegetables and large crops as well as tending to some of the animals which they raised and butchered. In culinary school, he worked under Certified Master Chef Detley Martitsch Keiner and graduated top of his class. Deaver later worked with Chef Eric Martin at Rats Restaurant in New Jersey, followed by training in some of New York City’s top kitchens—Picholine, Le Madri, and Daniel. He has since traveled the country, with professional stops including New York, Atlanta, Myrtle Beach, Lake Tahoe and San Diego. Chef Deaver is now bringing his inspiration to Mammoth Lakes where you will find his influence in all of the Mammoth dining properties.
