Luxury Home Rental guests may bypass checking in at the Village Lodge Front Desk and check in directly to their rental unit. Keypad codes to access the rental unit will be included in your email confirmation along with property specifics.

During peak periods and holidays, the resort operates at or near full capacity. We will accommodate early check-ins based on availability, but additional rates will apply. Checking in before 7AM, full daily rate; 7AM – 11AM, half of the daily room rate.

Deposit, Cancellation & Fees

Advanced deposit of the first night's room and tax is required at the time your reservation is made. Cancellations or changes within 14 days of arrival in winter or 2 days of arrival in summer will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. There will be a $50 cancellation/change fee outside the cancellation period. Free unlimited local, domestic long distance and 800 number phone calls, incoming/outgoing fax/copy service, high-speed internet access, In-room coffee and tea, DVD Movie/Game rental.
