Discover Mammoth's Obsidian Residences: modern, sophisticated homes located in a private, gated community. Overlooking Sierra Star Golf Course and minutes from ski lifts, shopping and restaurants, Obsidian Residences feature heated stone floors, custom wood accents, and floor to ceiling windows for a perfect pairing of contemporary mountain luxury and local convenience.

Each home offers 5,000 square feet of living space with radiant heat throughout. The kitchens are fully equipped with a 6 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The private theater room, Jacuzzi on the main deck, gas BBQ, expansive living and dining areas, and private en-suite with each bedroom is sure to offer plenty of space for your family and guests to enjoy their Mammoth stay.

This home is located on the 10th hole of Sierra Star Golf Course and only 1 mile from Mammoth Mountain. It is centrally located for easy access to all that Mammoth has to offer.

During peak periods and holidays, the resort operates at or near full capacity. We will accommodate early check-ins based on availability, but additional rates will apply. 

Checking in before 7AM, full daily rate; 7AM–10AM, half of the daily room rate.

Additional Information

Deposit, Cancellations and Policies

An advanced deposit in the amount of half of the total reservation stay (plus taxes) is required at time of booking. Guests may cancel or change up to 21 full days prior to their arrival date and will forfeit a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes within 21 full days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Full balance for the reservation will be due upon time of arrival.

POLICIES & RESTRICTIONS
If a package has been purchased, any unused portion cannot be refunded or credited for any reason including weather and personal injury.
Must be at least 28 years old to book property. At least one guest staying at property must be 28 or older.  
Accommodations are non-smoking. Penalty fees & deep cleaning costs of $1,000 or more applied if breached.
Sorry, no pets allowed. Penalty fees & deep clean costs of $1,500 or more for damages applied if breached.
No events, parties or large gatherings. Violation of this policy will result in additional fines.
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, please respect neighbors by limiting noise.

ENFORCEMENT OF MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The premises are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence and must not exceed the maximum occupancy established for each residence. No other guests, visitors or persons are permitted. If the premises are used, in any way, by more than the maximum posted occupancy, the Occupant will be charged $1,000 per person, per night in penalty fees; and the Occupant, Authorized Guests and all others may be required to immediately leave or be removed from the premises.

From Minaret Rd./Meridian, continue straight through the first stoplight. The Village will be on your left. Turn left on Forest Trail and The Village Lodge main entrance will be on the left-hand side of Forest Trail.
