I purchased a new locker, how do I pick my locker location? Head over to the locker information booth across from main lodge tickets to get your specific locker. Locations are first-come, first-served. Alternate locations may not be available. If you want a specific locker at this time, please call 800.MAMMOTH to select that locker, if available.
I don’t know my locker number, how do I renew online? To renew your locker online, you will need to know the locker holder’s first and last name plus date of birth.
I do not have a locker, how can I rent one for next season? Contact Mammoth Vacations at 800.MAMMOTH or buy online to reserve a locker after that date.
Can I renew my locker using PassCash? If you have active PassCash you can renew your locker by buying online or calling 800.MAMMOTH.
Can I move or upgrade lockers? Depending on availability, please call 800.MAMMOTH.
What is the term of the locker contract? When you rent/purchase a season locker for the 2017/18 season, your locker will be good from the date of payment trough June 30, 2018.
If I am not renewing my locker, how long do I have to remove by belongings? All items must be removed from your locker by July 31, 2017. At that time, the contents of all non-renewed lockers will be cleared out. Please be sure to opt out of all locker renewal communications or send an email to email@example.com notifying that you will not be renewing your locker for the next season.
Why did the locker contract dates change from previous seasons? Please note that our contract dates have changed from October–September yearly to July–June yearly. These changes are necessary to accommodate possible construction projects during the summer season.
