McCoy Station & Parallax

McCoy Station & Parallax

Add a special touch to your event with a Scenic Gondola Ride to mid-mountain with hot chocolate or champagne in hand. McCoy Station offers incredible views of the Minarets and surrounding scenery. A variety of event options are available anytime in the summer or after 6PM during the winter months.

Reserve McCoy Station for parties and banquets up to 400 or choose the Parallax restaurant for parties of 90 or less.

  • Located slopeside at Canyon Lodge base area.
  • 11,779 square feet of meeting and event space, including outdoor space.

The Mill Cafe

Hold your mountainside event during any season of the year. The Mill Cafe is an intimate cabin with a large stone fireplace and ski memorabilia decor. This cozy venue is situated at the base of Mammoth Mountain where several groomed trails end.

The Mill is a beautiful setting for barbecues and small gatherings of 60 or less.

  • Located slopeside at the base of Stump Alley Express (Chair 2) and Gold Rush Express (Chair 10).

Located inside the ski area's historic Main Lodge, the Mountainside Conference Center offers floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a panoramic view of skiers and riders enjoying the snowy slopes in the winter, and bike trails in the summer.  

As Mammoth's largest meeting space, it is the perfect location for large gatherings or receptions for up to 450.

In addition to providing over 200 ski-in, ski-out hotel rooms and condominiums, Mammoth Mountain Inn is home to the 1,890 square-foot Sierra Room and Minaret Boardroom. The Inn has a true rustic lodge ambiance with vaulted ceilings and natural wood beams. Its scenic mountain setting is within walking distance to Main Lodge. The Mammoth Mountain Inn is also home to the Mountainside Bar & Grill on the upper level, which includes a sundeck with views of the slopes.

From intimate gatherings of 15 to larger affairs of 150, this is a perfect location to be close to all the action.

Mammoth Mountain’s lowest elevation base area is Eagle Lodge, situated right next door to Juniper Springs Resort. It offers ski area amenities, like equipment rentals, lift tickets and ski school during the winter months, and can be used for informal meetings and events during our beautiful mountain summers.

Its convenient location close to town makes it the perfect setting for social events and wedding receptions from 25 to 150.

  • 4,500 square feet with access to an outdoor deck.
  • Slopeside lodging at Juniper Springs Resort.

Juniper Springs Resort

Enjoy awe-inspiring views of the Sherwin mountains range from this premier meeting location. Stay at Juniper Springs Resort for ski-in, ski-out access and golf at the nearby Sierra Star Golf Course in the warmer months.

  • 1,050 square feet of meeting and event space (in Juniper Springs Lodge).
  • 4,500 square feet with access to an outdoor deck. (In Eagle Lodge / Summer Months Only). 
  • Outdoor Pool Area available for special events.

A favorite Mammoth location for group activities, this popular venue offers abundant public space, slopeside views, and is just a short gondola or car ride from The Village. It's also a perfect venue for concerts and banquets.

From 45 to 400, there's plenty of options with the Cloverleaf Room, Canyon Room and Grizzly Theater.
