Take Highway 395 to the Mammoth Lakes turnoff, to Highway 203. Proceed through town past the third signal (Canyon Blvd.). Continue on Lake Mary Rd. about a ½ mile to Kelly Rd., a small street on the left. Turn left on Kelly Rd. to the first intersection. Turn right on Majestic Pines Dr., and then right again on our dirt road, located between the first two houses past the intersection, where you will see our Camp High Sierra sign. Turn left into the campground.
Check-in time is 1PM and check-out time is 11AM. Rates may be subject to change without notice. If a package has been purchased, any un-used portion cannot be refunded or credited for any reason including weather and personal injury. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged. Well behaved dogs allowed all summer for no additional fee, please note the pet policy.
Dogs are welcome in camp, but must remain with you at all times. They must be also be on a leash when they are outdoors, inside with you at night, with you when you are away from your cabin or campsite, and always kept as quiet as possible.
Use the bear box at the campsite, please remember, you are entering an area frequented by bears. Store all food, cosmetics, and coolers in a bear box. Camp High Sierra has a variety of wild animals in and around camp, please keep your camp site clean.
Cabins 1–8 have six single beds and have no inside plumbing. Cabins 9 and 10 have four single beds, and a cold water sink and toilet. Bring sleeping bags or bedding. Tables, BBQs and fire pits are located outside the cabins. No cooking appliances are allowed to be used inside the cabins.
Camp High Sierra has 9 sites with full hook ups. Electrical sites are only equipped to disperse 15 amps per site. Generator use is permitted 8AM–8PM only. Camp High Sierra can only accommodate tent trailers and RVs up to 32 feet in length.

Your reservation will be charged a $1/night donation. 100% of these donations will directly benefit the Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation. You may choose to decline this donation upon check-in.
The Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation raises funds to provide an added margin of excellence for academic and athletic programs as well as learning facilities to benefit our community's children. By supporting children in the Mammoth Community who study, train and compete in our eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains, we will help them reach the highest levels in the United States. The Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation can only be effective in developing world class students, athletes and citizens, with your help. We are pursuing some lofty programs and goals because we believe in our kids and we believe you care about them as well.

Deposit & Cancellation*

For reservations booked before March 15, 2020:
Advanced deposit of the full reservation total plus tax is required at the time of booking. You may cancel or change up until 24 hours prior to the arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows and early departures are subject to full forfeiture of entire reservation total and tax.
For reservations booked after March 16, 2020:
Advanced deposit of the full reservation total plus tax is required at the time the reservation is made. Guests may cancel or change up to 14 days prior to their arrival date and only forfeit a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes within 14 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit (full amount of the total reservation plus tax.) No-shows and early departures are subject to full forfeiture of entire reservation total and tax.
