Thank You For Your Purchase
Lift tickets purchased online will be loaded on direct-to-lift cards that may be picked up at any open Mammoth Mountain ticket window. Please keep your lift ticket in a pocket BY ITSELF while skiing/snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain. Cell phones, credit cards, passes/tickets from other ski areas, old Mammoth Mountain tickets can interfere with the RFID gates and delay your access onto the lifts.
Head to a ticket office or rental shop at any base lodge during operating hours. You may pick up your tickets immediately after purchase or choose to wait until closer to the valid dates. Additional ticket windows are available during select times at the base of Chair 2 (The Mill), Chair 4 (Rollercoaster Express), and Mountain Center in The Village. Guests of Mammoth Lodging Collection venues may be able to fulfill ticket purchases at the front desk of their lodge. Please review our COVID-19 Resources prior to arrival.
How To Redeem
To redeem, the purchaser must be in-person at time of redemption and present the following:
- Valid photo ID
- Card used for the purchase
- Purchase confirmation email
Reload Your Ticket Card
Keep your lift ticket card to easily reload online, via the official Mammoth Mountain mobile app or by calling 800.MAMMOTH up until the date of planned use.
Lift tickets are non-refundable; no partial refunds will be offered for any unused portion of this product. Lift tickets are not for resale. Violators may be prosecuted under California Penal Code 537(b).
