Reservation Guidelines

There is a very detailed explanation of Owner use in our MHM Rental Agency Agreement. Once a year, you will receive an Owner Calendar. If you know the dates you will be using the condo, simply fill out the calendar and send it back to us. If you would like to make a reservation with late notice, you can personally phone in a reservation to your Owner Relations Department and we will try our best to fulfill an Owner request.

Owner/Owner Guest Cancellation Policy 

Due to increased occupancy levels during the winter season, we ask all Village Owners to contact Owner Relations if you or your guest cannot arrive on your scheduled arrival date. In doing so we can put your condo back in the rental pool with the opportunity to rent your condo and produce revenue. Furthermore, Owner and Owner Guest reservations will be held for 24 hours after your arrival date (4pm). Thereafter the reservation will be cancelled. Please call or e-mail Owner Relations if you intend to show or need to make changes to your reservation. We will make every effort to contact you before canceling.


Owner Calendars are due by June 1st each year. Reservation requests received after this due date will be based on availability only.
