MMSST_Freeski_blue

The Mammoth Mountain Freeski Team offers programs for skiers 9+ years old, including a wide variety of programs to suite all levels and ages with a focus on developing the skills needed to ski Mammoth’s prestigious parks and pipes, as well as exploring the whole mountain. Whether you are looking for a part-time program or have aspirations to join the US National Team, Mammoth Mountain Freeski Team has everything you will need to reach your goals.

Producing top athletes is important, but developing good people with people-skills is equally important to us. Education, courage, discipline, accountability, integrity and teamwork are all blended into the team experience. Success on and off the hill is measured by achievements, not just results.

Coaching

Our coaching staff is certified through USSA and USASA; they have the knowledge and experience to help any young skier set and reach their goals. The coaches ask our athletes to work hard towards their goals but there is always time for fun. We want our athletes to enjoy what they are doing so that they want to return tomorrow, next week, and next year. We strive to develop a lifelong passion for skiing and the mountains.

Their main competitions are the USASA Unbound events at Mammoth and potentially USASA Nationals. The Freeski Development Team will be broken into groups relevant to skill level and aspiration.
