of our cancellation booking windows. If your arrival or start date is
the cancellation booking window, please contact 800.MAMMOTH.
If you booked through a 3rd party booking agency, please contact them directly to process any cancellation requests.
By submitting this Cancellation Request Form, you authorize 800.MAMMOTH to cancel your lodging or activity reservation and agree to the cancellation policy that applies to your specific reservation. Once you submit your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. The cancellation confirmation email will include further details on the policy applied to your reservation.
