Sushi Rei

Sushi Rei

Sushi Rei is Mammoth’s home to art; whether it be the selection of works from AR4T Gallery adorning the walls or the innovative way in which the melt-in-your-mouth cuts of the sea’s bounty are presented. Chef Jaison LeRoy has cultivated relationships with fish purveyors from around the world to ensure only the freshest servings here, couple this with an exotic cocktail and have a polished Pacific Rim experience.

Chef Spotlight - David Morriss

Sushi Chef David Morriss returns to Sushi Rei at the helm of this season’s menu and creative flavors and presentations. Most recently from the Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, David brings a strong sense of traditional sushi style and presence.  Teaming up with Executive Chef Marc Mora, the pair agree on the freshest ingredients, traditional sushi making, but adding the innovation that has made Mammoth Mountain and its restaurants always a surprise to eat at.
