Meeting Space Details

McCoy Station & Parallax

Add a special touch to your event with a scenic ride to the top of the mountain with hot chocolate or champagne in hand. McCoy Station offers Mammoth's best views of the Minarets and surrounding area. A variety of event options are available anytime in the summer or after 6 PM in the winter. Reserve McCoy Station for parties and banquets up to 300 or choose the Parallax restaurant for parties of 90 or less.

The Mill Cafe

Hold your mountainside event during any season of the year. The Mill Cafe is an intimate cabin with a large stone fireplace and ski memorabilia decor. This cozy venue is situated where several groomed trails end up together at the base of Mammoth Mountain. The Mill is a beautiful setting for barbecues and small gatherings of 60 or less.

Located at an amazing 11,053 ft. with stunning 360 degree views of the Minarets and all surrounding peaks, Eleven53 is the perfect venue to host a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception or wedding ceremony. While your guests watch the sunset, we will tempt their palates with world-class cuisine. Finish the evening there or descend to one of our other breathtaking venues and continue the festivities.

Mountainside Conference Center

A floor to ceiling wall of windows provides a wide angle, up-close view of skiers and riders enjoying the slopes. Located in the Ski Area's historic Main Lodge, the Mountainside Conference Center is Mammoth's largest meeting space.

Mammoth Mountain Inn

Providing over 200 craftsmen-style condominium and hotel rooms, the Mammoth Mountain Inn is home to the Sierra Boardroom and the Fireplace Boardroom, the only boardroom in Mammoth Resort properties with a fireplace. In addition, the Mammoth Mountain Inn is conveniently located steps from the slopes, the Panorama Gondola and the Mountain Conference Center.

Eagle Lodge

Little Eagle Lodge sits where the mountain gently slopes down to meet with Juniper Springs Resort's luxury accommodations. Eagle Lodge's Talons Restaurant, along with its sundeck, is a beautiful setting for meetings & receptions. Accommodates up to 300 people.

Juniper Springs

Enjoy awe-inspiring views of the Sherwin Mountains in this premier meeting location. Stay at the Juniper Springs Resort for slope side access and golf at the nearby Sierra Star Golf Course. Sherwin Rooms I and II can be joined to seat 60, or use them separately

Canyon Lodge

Canyon Lodge is one of Mammoth's favorite places for group activities; it has abundant public space, direct slope-side views and is just a short gondola or car ride from The Village. Hold events in the Cloverleaf Room, Canyon Room or the Grizzly Theater. Canyon Lodge is the perfect venue for concerts & banquets.

The Village Conference Center

The Village Conference Center is the newest meeting facility at Mammoth Resort. The Village boasts two conference rooms and one boardroom, which share a common hallway on the ground floor. In addition, The Village is also home to the Mountain Center meeting area.

Leed Cabin

Hold your next corporate retreat immersed deep in wilderness. The LEED Cabin sits on the shores of Tamarack's stunning Twin Lakes. Come to Tamarack as a group & leave as a team.
