Station for Trail Home to Velocity. Also check out Skid Marks, Bridge
the Gap, Brake Through and don't forget Seven Bridges. Break at the
Yodler
for sizzling burgers and frosty drinks on the sundeck.
Dust off and check out the nightlife at the Village at Mammoth.
Day 2 - Make a tour of the 395. First stop - rock climbing in the Owens River Gorge, located 20 minutes south of Mammoth. Next stop - natural hot springs. Go farther north on the 395 up toward the eastern entrance of Yosemite for a fun scene at the Mobil Mart & Whoa Nelly Deli. Live bands rock out on the grassy outdoor table area overlooking Mono Lake, not to mention delicious lobster taquitos.
Day 3 - Wilderness Outfitters gets you set up with everything you need for fly fishing, including a guide who is a serious fisherman.
