Housing Deposit Accepted
Thank you for completing the MMSA employee housing application. Please keep this email this as acknowledgement of receipt of your $50 deposit. This is not a confirmation of acceptance into the housing program. We will now process the application and send you a CONFIRMATION EMAIL once we have reviewed the information.
You are entitled to a full refund of the $50 in two ways:
Send an email to email@example.com
cancelling your intent to use MMSA employee housing within 72 hours after we send you your CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Your CONFIRMATION EMAIL is time stamped with the deadline by which we need to receive an email from you stating your cancellation.
Once you move in to MMSA employee housing, the $50 application deposit is applied to your account and held as a refundable security deposit. When you check out of housing, the security deposit is refunded to you in accordance with our published rules for deposit refunds.
