Tamarack Cross Country Ski Operations are closed for the season.
Full Moon Tours - Join a naturalist-guided tour on cross country skis or snowshoes during winter full moons. The tour includes equipment, guide for the evening, trail access, a hot (non-alcoholic) beverage and dessert by the Lodge fireplace. Alcoholic beverages are available at the bar. Maximum group is 15 participants. $40 per person. Sorry, there are no price breaks for guests who want to use their own equipment or do not want dessert. 2007/08 dates - Dec. 22-24, Jan. 20-22, Feb. 19-21. Naturalist Tours - Learn more about the Eastern Sierra, the way it was meant to be explored! Complimentary tours on cross country skis and snowshoes are held at Tamarack at noon on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays December through April. Meet at the Ski Center. Extreme weather may cancel. 2007/08 Masters Program - Nancy Fiddler and her staff of instructors present a season-long winter fitness program for beginner to expert skiers.
