The nursery is equipped with soothing music, swings, age appropriate toys, high chairs, fridge, microwave, bottle warmers, a seating area for breast-feeding mothers and a cozy sleeping area complete with cribs and bedding. For toddlers who are used to actively playing until lunch time and are accustomed to taking one afternoon nap per day, our caring staff is trained to tune into your child's individual needs and help him or her work through any separation anxiety. Our toddler play area is equipped with age appropriate climbers, toys, books, music, sensory and craft tables. Toddlers nap on mats after lunchtime; linens are provided. Please check in by 10am to allow your toddler time to adjust to his or her new environment before lunch and nap time.

Please check in by 10am to ensure your child's participation in outside play or the gondola ride. Mats with linens are provided. Our caring staff is trained to tune into your child's individual needs and help him or her work through any separation anxiety.
What to pack: Warm outerwear for snow play or gondola rides including gloves and a hat, a spare change of clothing, diapers and wipes (if needed) and comfort items such as a special blanket, doll or toy.
Ski Lesson Combo -age 3-6
Includes childcare, lesson, lift privileges and lunch (rentals not inluded).
This program is designed for young skiers who may not have the stamina to participate in a full day of Ski School, and for parents who need a lesson program that accommodates a longer day of supervision.
Children begin their day at Mammoth Kids School at Main Lodge or Canyon Lodge, where they are grouped in classes based on age and ability level. If your child is not able to participate in several hours of lessons, no problem -- your child will be escorted back to Woolly's Forest at Mammoth Mountain Inn or Woolly's Forest in The Village at Mammoth, where he or she will be able to play and/or rest for the remainder of the day. The Combo Program allows parents to feel comfortable knowing that, at any part of the day, their child is being cared for by the knowledgeable staff at Mammoth Kids or the caring staff at Woolly's Forest. Parents will enjoy a full day on the slopes, while your child is interacting with other children his or her age.
What to pack: Children must be checked in by 9am, appropriately dressed for outdoors with all of their ski equipment, including goggles or sunglasses, gloves, and warm, waterproof clothing. Children must have sun block applied upon arrival; it is recommended that they have lip balm in their pockets. To speed up the sign-up process please pick up ski rentals the day before or bring your own equipment; call 800.MAMMOTH to reserve rental equipment.
Lesson times are approximately 9am-12pm for 3-4 year olds and approximately 9am-3pm for 5-6 year olds. Supervised lunch is from approximately 12pm to 1pm. Children who participate in the full day of lessons will return to Woolly's Forest at 3pm.
