Mammoth2Bishop Bike Ride & Finish Line Music Festival | June 15
Kick off your summer riding your bike in the Eastern Sierra Mountains and take part in the inaugural Mammoth2Bishop Fun Bike Ride with Altitude and Finish Line Festival, which will deliver the best combination of scenery, challenging ride with altitude, camaraderie, music, art, humanity and philanthropy. All in an Eco Friendly environment, this will be a Green Event that's all in the name of FUN.
The Start of the ride will be in the heart of Mammoth Lakes at the Mammoth Creek Park. There will be opening ceremonies, morning concessions and vendors, last minute registrations, music and more. The ride will be a little over 42 miles with a decent of 3,700 feet. It’s not all downhill, the majority of the ride is flat and there are three up hills section. Just riding at this elevation is challenging enough.
Riding along the course, there will be multiple stops for you to reenergize your soul with music, art, food, drinks and humanity. At these rest spots, there will be bike repair, medical assistance and hydration stations. Tom’s Place will be the halfway mark and this will be the main stop along the ride. There will be school fundraisers along the course as well, so bring a little extra cash.
Finishing the ride at Millpond Recreation Area is where the Finish Line Music Festival and awards ceremony will be.
