Mammoth's legendary Après Ski bar and restaurant is back and better than ever with a brand new menu designed by Executive Chef Marc Mora. Innovative alpine cuisine, hearty comfort food classics and steins of your favorite European beers highlight the new offerings at this Mammoth icon.
With a menu and ambience that provide a step back in to Mammoth's rich history, this traditional ski lodge offers an innovative take on alpine favorites like handmade sausages and schnitzel. Cozy up by the fireplace and soak in the European charm as you share an assortment of creative small plates and stories of a day on the slopes with friends and family.

Come by the Yodler this Memorial Day weekend as we unveil our all-new Biergarten! The outdoor deck will feature live music, a new Garten Grill menu, and authentic Bavarian beers! Keep an eye for for some special surprises too, like free beer samples and a boot chug!

Executive Chef Marc A. Mora is the man behind the culinary revolution at Mammoth Mountain this season. Mora believes in creating exceptional experiences for each guest at every turn, and he has developed a careful eye for fresh preparation and healthy eating through his upbringing amid the bounty of California's produce. He was raised in Southern California, studied and perfected his craft in Los Angeles, and now you'll find his inspired new menus at all of the Mammoth dining properties.
