Winemaker Dinner Series

Executive Chef Marc Mora and a selection of California's top wineries invite you to a meritage of Winemaker Dinners in spectacular settings on and around Mammoth Mountain.  Each event features wines from one of the region's top wineries expertly paired with delectable dishes created by Chef Marc Mora and his talented team.  Representatives from the vineyards will be on hand to speak about the wines and answer your questions about the pairings.  Delicious and educational, these events are sure to please your palate and broaden your knowledge about wine and food pairings.

Spirits pair wonderfully with food, and we've invited the talented distillers at Glenfiddich to help you enjoy this new dimension of tastes.  Experience a variety of Glenfiddich's premier single malt Scotch whiskies expertly paired with an inventive five course meal prepared in the kitchens of Executive Chef Marc Mora.  Knowledgeable representatives will be on hand to answer your questions and help you fully understand and enjoy the spirits and the night's pairings.
