2012/2013 Liability Releases
A new Conditions of Use and Release of Liability And Indemnity Agreement is required for all passholders. This revised agreement now covers MVP, Mammoth Season Passes, Tamarack Passes, June Mountain Passes and Summer Bike Park.
2012/13 passholders will receive an email signature request from Echosign within 24 hours of the completion of the pass purchase. For passes purchased for minor children, signature of a parent or legal guardian is required. Email requests are being sent to the purchaser.
Renewal passholders must continue to use existing passes at least through the 2012/13 season. 2012/13 pass products will not be activated on these passes until we receive and process this new Conditions of Use and Release of Liability And Indemnity Agreement.
New passholders should sign the agreement promptly to save waiting in line at ticket windows when picking up new passes. New passes will not be shipped.
If you purchased a 2012/13 pass and have not received an email from Echosign with 48 hours, or if you have recently changed your email address, please use the tool below (if you have a current pass) to access and sign your document or please call 800.MAMMOTH and a friendly agent will assist.

status of your documents and signe them from right here.

Electronic Signature Information
Mammoth is now partnered with 
Echosign is the #1 Online Electronic Signature Service. You will now be able to sign your documents electronically and have them processed into your account within 24 hours. No more holdups or waiting for a fax or postal mail document to be processed.
You may be required to provide a valid email address and respond to an email sent to this address in order to complete the signature process.
WARNING: Under penalty of perjury, you must only use this functionality to sign for yourself and to sign for your own minor children or for children for whom you are a legal guardian.
All passholders should use this option.
Should you choose not to take advantage of the ease of electronic signatures, you will need to sign the document(s) in person and pick up your pass at a primary ticket window (Main Lodge, Canyon Lodge, Mountain Center or Little Eagle)
