This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the web site MammothMountain.com and various related services (together referred to as the "site"). Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, LLC, on behalf of itself, its principals, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively known as Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, MMSA, us, or we), the provider of the site, is committed to protecting your privacy online.

  We want you to have the ability to access and edit the Personally Identifiable Information that you have provided to us. You may also access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences by writing to us as set forth herein. Please include your name, address, and email address when you contact us.

  We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

  We may, from time to time, send you email regarding our products and services. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us and our partners, we may occasionally send you direct mail about products and services that we feel may be of interest to you. If you choose to not receive promotional material or special offers from us including but not limited to email, direct mail or telephone, we ask that you tell us by opting out if given the choice or by writing to us as set forth below. Creating a guest profile enables you to customize your interaction with MMSA by choosing or changing your preferences, updating your information, or opting in or out of direct mail and email communication at any time.

  Please note that in the case of newsletters or mailing lists, you will be able to unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by updating your preferences in your guest profile. If you do choose to unsubscribe or otherwise opt out, allow 10 business days to remove your email address from our database.
