takes a sabbatical, hunting down fresh
ingredients and unique new recipes for our guests to enjoy when we
reopen on May 25.
The best sushi in Mammoth is back! Join us for the highest-quality ingredients wrapped up in your favorite rolls. Executive Chef Jaison LeRoy is back at the helm, and this time he returns with a well-developed knowledge of traditional Japanese noodle preparation that expands the menu.
Grab a seat at the bar or a reservation at a table and get ready to get comfortable in the renowned atmosphere and ambiance. Be sure to order up some sake bombs while you peruse the new menu, and check out the new artwork along the walls.
