local knowledge under their fishing caps.
Please note - fishing season for the Eastern Sierra is always the last Saturday in April through November 15th.

"Trout don't live in ugly places."
Fly fishing puts you in the thick of it all: in the water, among the woods and surrounded by wildlife from head to toe. In Mammoth, natural streams weave their way around lush valleys. The Owens River, San Joaquin River and the Mammoth Lakes Basin are favorite spots. Fish for the world famous massive Alpers trout and many others.
