One of California's best kept secrets is summer at Mammoth. Offering just as many thrills as winter, visitors enjoy a jaw-dropping mountain setting and consistently warm, sunny weather. Adrenalin junkies can hurl themselves down Mammoth's variety of mountain bike trails while the more serene outdoorsman heads to local rivers and lakes for world-class fishing. There's also an 18-hole golf course, endless hiking and a ton of other great activities to help you get the most out of your summer. Plus, Yosemite National Park is only about 20 miles north of Mammoth. It's an easy trek to make and its proximity means that you have a great view whether you're in the park or here at Mammoth.
