2009/10 Season Locker Renewal FAQs

I don’t know my locker number, how do I renew online?

To renew your locker online, you will need to know the locker holder’s season pass number and date of birth or the locker holder's first and last name, date of birth, zip code and last 4 digits of their phone number.

I am a season passholder, do I get a discount?

Lockers renewed before June 10 will receive the $50 season pass discount.

I am a current MMSA employee, do I get a discount?

Lockers renewed before June 10 will receive the $50 employee discount. Please call 800.MAMMOTH/800.626.6684 to renew.

I do not have a locker, how can I rent one for next season?

Contact our basket check department to rent or to be added to our waiting list (Canyon Lodge), for Canyon Lodge please call 760.934.2571 x3367 and for Main Lodge 760.934.2571 x 3281

Can I renew my locker using PassCash?

If you have active PassCash you can renew your locker by calling 800.MAMMOTH. (2008/09 PassCash can be used now; 2009/10 PassCash can not be used until the program starts on June 20, 2009.)

Is the season pass discount good for multiple lockers?

Yes, as long as the passholder and lockerholder are the same person.

Can I move or upgrade lockers?

Depending on availability, please contact the appropriate lodge, Canyon Lodge 760.934.2571x3367 or Main Lodge 760.934.2571 x3281.

Can I get a locker at Eagle Lodge?

We currently do not offer season lockers at Eagle Lodge; please contact Canyon Lodge at 760.934.2571 x3367 for information and to add your name to the waiting list.

What is the term of the locker contract?

When you rent/purchase a season locker for the 2009/10 season, your locker will be good from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.

If I am not renewing my locker, how long do I have to get my stuff out of the locker?

Please notify 800.MAMMOTH/800.626.6684 that you are not renewing and all items must be removed from your locker by August 30, 2009.

2009/10 Season Locker Agreement

1. Except as may otherwise be prohibited by law, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risk of loss, damage, theft or vandalism, and Mammoth Mountain Ski Area (MMSA) shall not in any way be liable for the protection or preservation of the contents of the season lockers.
2. MMSA shall have the right of entry in and to the locker during the term of this License in the event of an emergency or in the event of reasonable necessity within the discretion of MMSA. I shall indemnify, defend, and hold MMSA, its principals, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and representatives, financially free and harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, damages, claims, or actions of any form or type whatsoever and including, but not limited to, fire, theft, or vandalism, and which may be raised or asserted by me or any person making use of the locker, including attorney’s fees and costs. Exclusive venue for any legal action shall be Mono County, California.
3. I acknowledge I may not structurally or otherwise modify or alter the locker without the written consent of MMSA, and any damage to the locker will be cause to revoke this License.
4. The term of this License is one year, from July 1, 2009 thru June 30, 2010.
5. Locker payments received after June 30, 2009 will incur a $35 late fee.
6. If Licensee does not pay the renewal or otherwise contact MMSA to cancel agreement by August 30, 2009, the locker will be deemed abandoned, the lock will be removed, and all contents removed and stored at a charge of $6 per day for up to 30 days. I acknowledge that if I cancel this License before the termination date, the locker is abandoned, or this License is terminated in accordance the terms of this agreement, any and all personal property will be removed from the locker, unless I make arrangements to come to MMSA and remove my property.  MMSA is not liable or responsible to protect or preserve any removed items.  Locker contents will be held for 30 days after removal, and items not claimed and retrieved by Licensee before expiration of the 30 day period will be considered abandoned and disposed of by MMSA.
7. I acknowledge that this License Agreement is not assignable by me to anyone and that any attempt to assign this License Agreement terminates this License.
8. Licensee agrees to keep and maintain a locking device on the season locker assigned at all times.  Failure to do so may result in termination of this License.
9. Any revocation or termination of this License by MMSA in accordance with the terms of this License shall be without refund to Licensee.
10. This Agreement is the final expression of the intentions and agreements of the parties.  This Agreement supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, either oral or in writing. No other agreements, representations, inducements, or promises, not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding.  Any modification of this Agreement shall be effective only if it is in writing and signed by the party to be charged.
