Levy Restaurants at Mammoth Mountain
Executive Chef Jaison LeRoy is the co-founder and driving force behind Mammoth Mountain's Japanese sushi bar, Sushi Rei. LeRoy grew his passion for Asian cuisine through his travels to Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. He was born and raised in Montana, studied at the Western Culinary Institute in Oregon, and now resides in Mammoth Lakes bringing his vision of Sushi Rei alive.
