Unbound Series

Unbound Series

The Unbound Series is a collection of USASA-sanctioned events that allow for aspiring ski and snowboard professionals to qualify to the National Championships. Points are earned for each finish and competitors with the most points automatically qualify, in addition to several wild card spots that are handed out. USASA membership is required for participation in most events.

Dec 29 - Slalom + GS
Jan 12 - Half pipe
Jan 13 - Slalom + GS
Jan 19 - Boarder X + Skier X 
Jan 26 - Slopestyle
Feb 2 - Half pipe
Feb 16 - Boarder X + Skier X
Mar 3 - Slopestyle
Mar 10 - Rail Jam


Competitor/Event Information:

  • The snowboard and ski events include: half pipe, boardercross, skiercross, slopestyle and rail jam. There will be men's and women's divisions for each. GS + Slalom events are only open to snowboarders. 
  • Lift Ticket/Season pass required. Discounted lift tickets can be purchased on-site.
  • Helmets are required!
  • There will be a product toss with great gear from our sponsors and an award ceremony following the completion of events.
  • Registration is from 7am-8am in the Slopeside Building between Chairs 1 and 11.  There will also be an award ceremony and swag giveaway in Roma's Room (3rd floor- Main Lodge) after competitions have ended. 
  • Entry fee is $30 per event. 
  • USASA membership is required to compete in half pipe, boardercross, skiercross and slopestyle – membership can be purchased on site (Cash or checks payable to MMSA are accepted) or register online at www.usasa.org
  • USASA membership is not required for Rail Jam Events.
