Sierra Star Card $199

The Star Card is our frequent golfer discount program. Card holders get their first round and every seventh round thereafter for free, and only pay $60 green fees for every round in between. The Star Card pays for itself after two rounds.

Purchase the Star Card before May 23, 2014 and get an extra $10 off.

MVPs can buy the Star Card for $179 when they renew their season pass or by calling 800.MAMMOTH through April 15.


ML27 Player's Card $239

In partnership with Snowcreek Golf Course, the ML27 allows discounted access to each of Mammoth Lakes' 27 picturesque holes. Purchase the ML27 for just $239 and receive the following benefits at BOTH golf courses:

At Sierra Star Golf Course, you'll receive your first and seventh rounds free, and $60 rounds in between (includes cart).

At Snowcreek Golf Course, you'll receive your first round free, and $30 rounds thereafter (includes cart, and discounted driving range tokens).

Pro Shop

Sierra Star has a full service Pro Shop that carries top-of-the-line equipment from Titleist, TaylorMade, Nike and more. We also have a wide variety of apparel and footwear for men, women and children.

Call 760.924.GOLF for your private lesson with our golf pro ($45 per half hour).

Sierra Star Golf Club has the latest and greatest R11 and RBZ equipment from TaylorMade available for rental ($40 for 18 holes and $20 for nine) Ladies, Mens, Juniors, and Left-Handed equipment available.

Practice Facility

Includes swing nets, putting and chipping greens available free to the public anytime during normal course hours.

Chip Shots Cafe

Enjoy breakfast, lunch or Happy Hour on the patio whether you're playing or just taking in the views. Chip Shots serves delicious pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Stop in for a post-game libation during Happy Hour at Chip Shots bar.

The Divot

Back nine refreshments are available at The Divot, between holes 9 and 10, and can also be accessed from the town Bike Path…one of Mammoth’s best kept secrets.

Directions from Mammoth Mountain Inn and Main Lodge

Distance: 4.9 miles- about 10 minutes
1. Head northeast toward Minaret Rd (0.1 mi)              
2. Turn left at Minaret Rd (4.5 mi)                 
3. Turn right at W Bear Lake Dr (390 ft)                       
4. Take the 1st left onto Sierra Star Pkwy
     Destination will be on the right (0.2 mi)

Directions from The Village Lodge

Distance: 1.1 mi – about 3 minutes
1. Head northeast on Forest Trail toward Minaret Rd (459 ft)     
2. Turn right at Minaret Rd (0.7 mi)                                                     
3. Take the 2nd right onto W Bear Lake Dr (390 ft)                   
4. Take the 1st left onto Sierra Star Pkwy
    Destination will be on the right (0.2 mi)

Directions from Juniper Springs Resort

Distance: 0.7 mi – about 2 mins
1. Head northeast on Meridian Blvd toward Majestic Pines Dr (0.6 mi)           
2. Take the 3rd left onto Sierra Star Pkwy (213 ft)                                   
3. Take the 1st left to stay on Sierra Star Pkwy                               
     Destination will be on the left (0.1 mi)

Directions from Tamarack Lodge

3.4 mi – about 9 mins
1. Head north on Twin Lakes Rd toward Lake Mary Rd ( 0.6 mi)            
2. Continue onto Lake Mary Rd (2.1 mi)                                       
3. Turn right at Minaret Rd  ( 0.4 mi)
4. Take the 1st right onto W Bear Lake Dr (390 ft)                 
5. Take the 1st left onto Sierra Star Pkwy
    Destination will be on the right  (0.2 mi)
